روابط ایران و مصر در دورۀ داریوش یکم: تعاملات و سیاست‌های فرهنگی

این پژوهش به بررسی روابط فرهنگی میان ایران و مصر در دوران «داریوش» بزرگ (۵۲۱-۴۸۶پ.م.) می‌پردازد. فتح مصر توسط «کمبوجیه» قبل از سلطنت داریوش، این سرزمین را به یکی از ساتراپی‌های مهم امپراتوری هخامنشی بدل ساخت؛ اما ناآرامی‌های داخلی در اوایل سلطنت داریوش چالش‌هایی را برای ثبات این منطقه به‌وجود آورد. مسئله اصلی پژوهش، شناخت و تحلیل ماهیت تعاملات و سیاست‌های فرهنگی در روابط ایران و مصر در این دورۀ تاریخی است. هدف پژوهش ارائه توصیفی دقیق‌تر از این روابط با تمرکز بر تبادلات هنری، تجاری و مذهبی و هم‌چنین بررسی تأثیر سیاست‌های فرهنگی هخامنشیان بر فرهنگ مصر است. این پژوهش درصدد است تا تصویری جامع‌تر از تعاملات تمدنی میان دو تمدن بزرگ آن زمان و درکی بهتر از نفوذ و قدرت امپراتوری هخامنشی ارائه دهد. پرسش اصلی این است که، سیاست‌های فرهنگی داریوش یکم و تعاملات وی با مصر چگونه بوده است؟ فرضیۀ پژوهش این است که سیاست‌های فرهنگی داریوش منجر به تعاملات پویا و تبادلات قابل‌توجه فرهنگی بین ایران و مصر شده است. در این پژوهش از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی با استفاده از منابع تاریخی و اسناد موجود بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که در کنار مبادلات سیاسی و اقتصادی، تعاملات فرهنگی قابل‌توجهی بین ایران و مصر وجود داشته است. داریوش با رویکردی هوشمندانه و احترام‌آمیز، تلاش کرد ضمن حفظ اقتدار، رضایت مردم مصر را نیز جلب کند؛ این سیاست‌ها شامل: احترام به مقدسات مصری، تدوین قوانین محلی با همکاری نخبگان، و احیای مدرسۀ پزشکی سائیس بوده است.
