The Scientific Quarterly of Parseh Archaeological Studies, in accordance with the article processing fee regulations issued annually by the Journal Commission Office of the Ministry of Science, does not charge any fees during the initial evaluation and review stages.
Following the peer-review process and after the final acceptance of the article by the referees, a total fee of 600,000 Tomans will be charged, including:
200,000 Tomans for scientific evaluation and peer review
400,000 Tomans for publication costs
This fee will be collected after the article has been accepted and at the time of publication through the journal’s online payment portal. There is no need to pay before the article reaches the publication stage.
The payment is made directly to the State Revenue Account of the Research Institute of Cultural Heritage and Tourism.
The corresponding author or the person who submitted the article must log in to their personal page on the journal’s system, go to the “Articles Requiring Payment” section, and click on the article code to be redirected to the payment portal. After entering their personal and bank card information, the required amount will be withdrawn from their account.

Only the corresponding author or article submitter can access the payment section via their personal account. Co-authors do not have access to the payment option, and the feature is disabled for them.
Please ensure that only browsers such as Firefox or Internet Explorer are used for the payment process.
Do not use Google Chrome, as it often leads to payment errors. In such cases, the payment confirmation and tracking code will not be generated or sent.
If the amount is deducted from your bank account but no confirmation code is issued, the amount will automatically be refunded within 24 hours.
If the refund is not processed, please contact the journal’s support so the issue can be followed up through the financial department of the Research Institute of Cultural Heritage and Tourism.
As stated above, this journal only charges the approved publication fee for articles that are accepted and ready for publication.
No fees will be collected for articles that are evaluated but not accepted by the editorial board and reviewers.
