             Ethical obligations and responsibilities of referees
 
  • Each of the referees is selected from the scientific faculties of prestigious universities according to their specialty, who are responsible for conducting the review and sending comments to the journal office.
  • Acceptance of articles in the specialty and announcement of the referee's opinion in accordance with his/her specialty.
  • You are not allowed to assign the review of the assigned item to any other person.
  • Follow the timeline used by the journal to evaluate the article.
  • Carefully read and review the article in order to express an opinion.
  • Honestly express technical and expert opinion, analysis, critical and influential evaluation of the weaknesses and strengths of the article, maintaining the dignity and position of the author and avoiding any marginalization; also avoid any declaration of taste, personal, racial and religious opinions, or sarcastic or destructive behavior.
  • Carefully check references and maintain reliability throughout the text of the article, images, tables, maps, quotations, and appendices. (Accurate source referencing and standard citations. APA).
  • If possible, help the author get his or her message across to the audience and improve the text of the article.
  • Refrain from using the content of the article prior to publishing or if the article is rejected.
  • Suspected plagiarism and ethical issues regarding the article should be reported to the editor.
  •  Full written justification to the editor and author for acceptance or rejection of the article.
