هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تحلیلی سیر تاریخی و تحولات محتوایی مقالات منتشر شده در فصلنامۀ علمی «اثر» بین سالهای 1393 تا 1403ه.ش. است؛ همچنین، این مطالعه به ارزیابی میزان همسویی مقالات با نیازهای روز و اولویتهای حوزۀ حفاظت و مرمت میپردازد. این پژوهش با استفاده از رویکردهای علمسنجی، تبارشناسی و تحلیل روند، تعداد 303 مقاله را در بازۀ زمانی موردنظر بررسی کرده است. دادههای کتابشناختی شامل اطلاعات نویسندگان، موضوعات، روشهای پژوهش، کلمات کلیدی و شبکههای همکاری علمی جمعآوری و با استفاده از نرمافزار ATLAS.ti تحلیل شدهاند. یافتهها نشان میدهد که مجلۀ «اثر» از ثبات نسبی در تعداد و تنوع موضوعی مقالات برخوردار بوده و عمدتاً بر مباحث اجتماعی، تاریخی و معماری تمرکز داشته است. با اینوجود به بخشهای اجتماعی و زیستمحیطی توجه بیشتری شده است؛ از سویی دیگر، موضوعاتی مانند فناوریهای نوین (مانند دیجیتالسازی و مدلسازی رایانهای) و ابعاد اقتصادی حوزۀ مرمت کمتر موردتوجه قرار گرفتهاند. شبکۀ همکاری علمی نشاندهندۀ نقش محوری پژوهشگاه میراثفرهنگی و گردشگری است، اما تعامل با نهادهای صنعتی و سازمانهای دولتی همچنان محدود است. این پژوهش نتیجهگیری میکند که مجلۀ «اثر» جایگاه تثبیت شدهای در حوزۀ حفاظت و مرمت دارد؛ اما برای پاسخگویی به نیازهای درحال ظهور و ارتقا جایگاه بینالمللی خود، لازم است همکاریهای میانرشتهای و بینالمللی را تقویت کرده و به موضوعات کمتر پرداخته شده، بهویژه موضوعات فناوریهای نوین و اقتصاد میراثفرهنگی، بیشتر توجه کند.
