fa رویکرد مدیریت یکپارچه میراث، نگرشی بر صیانت از میراث فرهنگی کاربرد علوم، فناوری‌ها، تجهیزات، مواد و روش‌های نوین Application of modern sciences, technologies, equipment, materials and methods مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="tab-stops:right 28.3pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Garamond&quot;,serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Mitra&quot;">مسائل بسیاری در زمینه تعادل و تعامل نیازهای ملموس میراث فرهنگی و نیازهای امروز و آینده جوامع وجود دارد که در گذشته هرکدام در سیستم‌های مدیریتی مجزا در مسیر سازمانی خود حرکت می‌کردند؛ ولی امروزه برای مرتفع نمودن مشکلات و نیازهای مشترک، نیاز به تعاملات سیستم‌ها و مدیریت جامع صیانت از میراث فرهنگی- به‌عنوان شاهدی از تاریخ و هویت ما- با نیازهای امروزی جوامع و آینده‌گرایی در توسعه شهری وجود دارد؛ تا ابعاد سیاسی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی در منافعی مشترک بسط داده شوند. امروزه دولت‌ها با دیدگاه جامع &laquo;میراث فرهنگی، منافع مشترک عمومی&raquo; سعی در صیانت و خروج از غفلت و فراموشی میراث فرهنگی هستند؛ ازآن‌رو نیاز به یکپارچه‌سازی سیستم‌های مدیریتی و ایجاد مدیریت یکپارچه میراث را الگوی سیستم‌های سازمانی خود نموده‌اند. همگرایی و وابستگی متقابل حفظ میراث و گردشگری میراث، موجب پیدایش رویکرد مدیریت یکپارچه میراث فرهنگی در حوزه مدیریت میراث شده است که در کل منجر به توسعه و پایداری میراث و جامعه می‌شود. رویکرد یکپارچه‌سازی سیستم‌های مدیریتی در کشور ما موضوعی ناآشناست که عامل خسارات بسیاری بر میراث فرهنگی شده که آشنایی با تجربیات جهانی مدیریت و شناخت شرایط کشور در بومی‌سازی دستاوردهای جهانی می‌تواند در صیانت میراث فرهنگی کشور مؤثر باشد. این مقاله با رویکرد تحلیلی- توصیفی بر اساس مطالعات اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای سعی در معرفی و اشاره به‌ضرورت رویکرد یکپارچه‌سازی سیستم‌های مدیریت میراث دارد. هدف این تحقیق نیز معرفی تأثیر مدیریت یکپارچه در صیانت میراث فرهنگی است. </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Garamond&quot;,serif">Numerous challenges exist regarding the balance and interaction between the tangible needs of cultural heritage and the contemporary and future demands of societies. In the past, each of these domains functioned within separate management systems, following their own organizational paths. Today, however, addressing shared challenges and needs requires the integration of systems and the development of a comprehensive management framework that safeguards cultural heritage&mdash;as a testimony of our history and identity&mdash;while aligning with present societal requirements and future-oriented urban development. This integration aims to expand political, cultural, social, and economic dimensions within a shared benefit framework. Governments today, with a comprehensive view of cultural heritage as a public common good, are striving to protect heritage and prevent its neglect and disappearance. Consequently, there is a growing need for harmonizing management systems and adopting an integrated heritage management model within institutional structures. The interdependence and convergence of heritage preservation and heritage tourism have led to the emergence of the integrated heritage management approach within the heritage management field, ultimately contributing to the sustainability and development of both heritage and society. In Iran, the concept of integrating management systems remains unfamiliar and has caused significant damage to cultural heritage. Learning from global management experiences and understanding the local context for adapting such approaches can effectively support heritage conservation efforts. This article, using a descriptive-analytical method based on document and literature studies, aims to introduce and emphasize the necessity of an integrated management approach to heritage systems.
