Archaeometry and authenticity assessment of museum objects and historical-cultural properties. پژوهشي Research, Original, Regular <div style="text-align: justify;">نشریه دانش حفاظت و مرمت به عنوان یکی از نشریات تخصصی در حوزه حفاظت و مرمت آثار تاریخی و فرهنگی فعالیت خود را از بهار ۱۳۹۶ آغاز کرده است. این نشریه با هدف انتشار آخرین یافته‌های علمی پژوهش‌ها و تجربیات مرتبط با حفاظت و مرمت میراث فرهنگی، پس از انتشار بیش از ۲۲ شماره جایگاه ویژه‌ای در میان پژوهشگران مرمتگران و علاقه‌مندان به این حوزه پیدا کرده است. با این حال پس از انتشار اولین شماره در بهار ۱۳۹۶، نشریه با وقفه‌هایی در انتشار مواجه شد؛ به طوری که شماره دوم در بهار ۱۳۹۸ و شماره سوم در بهار ۱۳۹۹ منتشر گردید. این وقفه‌های طولانی باعث شد که نشریه به دلایل مختلف از روند عادی انتشار خود خارج شده و کاملا برای مدت ۴ سال انتشار آن متوقف گردد. توقف چهار ساله موجب شد ۱۶ شماره کمبود برای نشریه ایجاد شود از این رو با توجه به اینکه نیاز بود پژوهشکده حفاظت و مرمت به عنوان یکی از با سابقه‌ترین مراکز علمی ایران و خاورمیانه در این حوزه بروندادی علمی را سامان‌دهی و راهبری نماید در بهار ۱۴۰۳ با تغییر رویکردهای مدیریتی در پژوهشکده تصمیم بر آن شد تا این نشریه به عنوان یکی از اهداف مهم این سال احیا شود و روند انتشار آن تداوم یابد از این رو در تابستان ۱۴۰۳ با تغییراتی اساسی در ساختار و رویکردها این نشریه بار دیگر فعالیتش را از سر گرفت. این تغییرات نه تنها موجب احیای نشریه شد، بلکه آن را به وضعیتی پایدار و پیش رونده رساند به نحوی که نشریه پس از ۸ ماه فعالیت در بهمن ماه همین سال موفق به ورود به ارزیابی نشریات علمی وزارت علوم شد و در اسفند ما حائز رتبه (ب) شناخته و معرفی گردید.</div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0" style="width: calc(var(--scale-factor) * 610px); height: calc(var(--scale-factor) * 837px); text-align: justify;">The Knowledge of Conservation and Restoration Journal, as one of the specialized journals in the field of conservation and restoration of historical and cultural heritage, began its activities in the spring of 2017. With the aim of publishing the latest scientific findings, research, and experiences related to the conservation and restoration of cultural heritage, the journal has gained a distinguished position among researchers, conservators, and enthusiasts in this field after publishing more than 22 issues. However, after the release of its first issue in the spring of 2017, the journal faced interruptions in its publication schedule; the second issue was published in the spring of 2018, and the third issue in the spring of 2019. These prolonged interruptions caused the journal to deviate from its regular publication cycle and completely halt its activities for four years. This four-year hiatus resulted in a backlog of 16 issues, until the journal resumed its activities in the summer of 2023 with fundamental changes in its structure and approach. These changes not only led to the revival of the journal but also placed it in a stable and progressive state. In this note, we will examine the revival process, the actions taken, and express our gratitude to the esteemed colleagues who accomplished this significant task within eight months.
