fa برنامه‌ریزی مدیریت حفاظت محوطه‌های تاریخی (مورد مطالعه؛ شهر تاریخی استخر فارس ایران) با استفاده از مدل استراتژیک SWOT کاربرد علوم، فناوری‌ها، تجهیزات، مواد و روش‌های نوین Application of modern sciences, technologies, equipment, materials and methods پژوهشي Research, Original, Regular <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">برنامه مدیریت حفاظت محوطه‌های تاریخی به دلیل گستردگی و پیچیدگی مسائل یک محوطه تاریخی امری بسیار پیچیده است. برخی منشور‌های بین‌المللی مانند منشور بورا، مدل‌های برنامه‌ریزی مارتا دماس، برنارد فیلدن، میشل سالویان، مایکل پیرسون و یوکا یوکهلتو در این خصوص دستور‌العمل‌هایی ارائه کرده‌اند. مدل‌های استاندارد و عمومی‌تر دیگری نیز جهت برنامه‌ریزی یک مجموعه وجود دارد که مهم‌ترین آن‌ها استفاده از شیوه استراتژیک و جدول </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">SWOT</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> است. در این پژوهش این سوالات اساسی مطرح است که: برنامه‌ریزی مدیریت حفاظت محوطه‌های تاریخی چه اهمیتی دارد و شیوه مناسب جهت تدوین آن چیست؟ این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف یک پژوهش توسعه‌ای و عملی به‌حساب می‌ید. روش حل مسئله به شکل &laquo;فرضیه‌ای ـ قیاسی&raquo; در انجام این پژوهش مدنظر است. چارچوب نظری پژوهش بر اساس سه دسته مختلف اطلاعات شامل: منشورهای بین‌المللی، تجربه‌های جهانی و مدل‌های استاندارد برنامه‌ریزی است. در ادامه اطلاعاتی در زمینه محوطه موردمطالعه (شهر‌محوطه باستانی استخر)، ارائه‌شده است و درنهایت با استفاده از مدل تحلیلی </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">(</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">SWOT</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">)</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> سیاست‌گذاری‌های اصلی جهت برنامه‌ریزی حفاظت محوطه از قبیل تعیین حرایم و معرفی عمومی و ارتباط با جامعه به عنوان اصلی‌ترین نیازهای محوطه معرفی گردیده است. هدف اصلی این مقاله معرفی برنامه‌ریزی مدیریت محوطه‌های تاریخی به‌عنوان یک ابزار مدیریتی و یک تخصص کلیدی در حوزه حفاظت میراث فرهنگی است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="tab-stops:360.0pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><a name="_Hlk188175157"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The management planning for the conservation of historical sites is a very complicated matter due to the extent and complexity of the issues of a historical site. Various international charters such as the Bora Charter, the planning models of Marta Demas, Bernard Fielden, Michel Salvian, Michael Pearson and Yuka Yukhelto have provided guidelines in this regard. Additionally, there are standard and more general models for planning a collection; among them, &nbsp;strategic method and the SWOT analysis are notably important. In this research, the following basic questions are raised: What is the importance of planning the management of the conservation of historical sites and what is the appropriate way for formulating such plans? This research is considered a developmental and practical research in terms of its purpose. The method of solving the problem in the form of &quot;hypothetical-deductive&quot; is considered in conducting this research. The theoretical framework of the research is based on three different categories of information including: international charters, global experiences and standard planning models.
