fa بررسی رفع آسیب‌های ناشی از تأسیسات شهری در منظر تاریخی میدان وقت و ساعت یزد کاربرد علوم، فناوری‌ها، تجهیزات، مواد و روش‌های نوین Application of modern sciences, technologies, equipment, materials and methods پژوهشي Research, Original, Regular <div style="text-align: justify;">یکی از آسیب‌های جدی که امروزه متوجه فضاهای شهری تاریخی است آسیب‌های حوزه سیما و منظر است. از جمله مهمترین عواملی که موجب اغتشاش بصری در سیمای فضاهای شهری تاریخی می‌شود می توان به تأسیسات شهری از جمله تأسیسات برق تأسیسات گاز، تأسیسات مخابرات و دیگر موارد مشابه اشاره کرد. یکی از تجارب موفق در زمینه رفع آسیب‌های منظر تأسیسات شهری تجربه طرح باز آفرینی میدان وقت و ساعت یزد است. این میدان که قدمت آن به دوره صفویه بر می‌گردد و پیشینه تاریخی مکان استقرار آن مربوط به دوره ایلخانی است. تا قبل از اجرای طرح باز آفرینی میدان وقت و ساعت دارای مشکلات متعدد در زمینه سیما و منظر بود در طرح باز آفرینی میدان وقت و ساعت که در سال ۱۳۹۷ توسط پژوهشکده معماری بومی دانشگاه یزد تهیه شد و در سالهای ۱۳۹۹ تا ۱۳۰۲ به همت شهرداری منطقه تاریخی شهر یزد و با همکاری اداره کل میراث فرهنگی صنایع‌دستی و گردشگری استان یزد به اجرا درآمد بخش‌های مهمی از آسیب‌های سیما و منظر این میدان که ناشی از تأسیسات شهری بود بر طرف شد این مقاله در نظر دارد با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی به شرح فرایند این طرح بپردازد و اقدامات اجرایی در زمینه رفع آسیب‌های سیما و منظر تأسیسات شهری در این میدان را بازگو کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">One of the most serious disturbances that historic urban spaces face today is confusion to their appearance and landscape. Among the most significant factors contributing to visual disturbances in the appearance of historic urban spaces are urban utilities, including electrical, gas, telecommunications infrastructure, and similar facilities. One of the successful experiences in addressing the visual damage caused by urban utilities is the regeneration project of Vakht-o-Saat Square in Yazd.This square, dating back to the Safavid era, and whose historical site has roots<br> in the Ilkhanate period, suffered from numerous visual and aesthetic problems before the implementation of the Vakht-o-Saat Square regeneration project. In the regeneration project of Vakht-o-Saat Square, prepared in 2018 by the Yazd University&#39;s Institute of Indigenous Architecture and implemented between 2020 and 2023 by Yazd Historical District Municipality in collaboration with the Yazd Provincial Department of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism, significant portions of the square&#39;s visual and aesthetic damages caused by urban utilities were eliminated.
