fa بررسی و ساماندهی اسناد و مدارک قدیمی موجود در موزه هفت‌تپه Review and Archiving of Historical Documents in Haft-Tepe Museum گزارش‌های اجرایی حفاظت و مرمت اشیاء در مجموعه‌ها، موزه‌ها، محوطه‌ها و کاوش‌های باستان‌شناسی Executive reports on the conservation and restoration of objects in collections, museums, sites, پژوهشي Research, Original, Regular <div style="text-align: justify;">بخشی از اسناد و مدارک قدیمی مرتبط با تاریخ موزه هفت‌تپه و وضعیت عمومی میراث فرهنگی منطقه، در ساختمان این موزه نگهداری می‌شود. پس از تشکیل و استقرار دفتر مطالعاتی پایگاه میراث فرهنگی چغازنبیل در ساختمان موزه ـ که در جریان جنگ تحمیلی هشت‌ساله تعطیل شده بود ـ ساماندهی اشیای مطالعاتی باقی‌مانده و همچنین اسناد قدیمی در دستور کار قرار گرفت. این مجموعه اسناد عمدتاً شامل نامه‌های اداری (فارسی و انگلیسی)، آمار بازدیدکنندگان، معرفی‌نامه‌ها، شناسنامه‌های قدیمی اشیای موزه، پرونده‌های پرسنلی کارکنان پیشین، و دفاتر ثبت مکاتبات و حضور و غیاب است. اسناد موجود مربوط به سال‌های ۱۳۴۹ تا ۱۳۶۰ خورشیدی بوده و در شرایط نامناسبی نگهداری می‌شدند. این مجموعه در دو مرحله، طی سال‌های ۱۳۸۰ و ۱۳۸۲، مورد بررسی و ساماندهی قرار گرفت که در مقاله حاضر به آن پرداخته می‌شود. اسناد یادشده از آن رو حائز اهمیت‌اند که بخشی از تاریخ موزه و رویدادهای آن را بازتاب می‌دهند. به دلیل آسیب‌پذیری و فرسودگی بسیاری از آن‌ها، پس از دسته‌بندی، فهرست‌برداری و بررسی اولیه، در پوشش‌های نایلونی شفاف قرار داده شده و در زونکن‌های مربوط بایگانی گردیدند. همچنین، اسکن دیجیتال اسناد و ذخیره‌سازی اطلاعات نامه‌های مهم از دیگر اقدامات ساماندهی بود. این امر امکان مطالعه عمیق‌تر در خصوص گذشته موزه، آثار آن و نیز وضعیت میراث فرهنگی منطقه در سال‌های پیش از انقلاب و آغاز جنگ تحمیلی را فراهم ساخته است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">A portion of the historical documents related to the history of Haft-Tepe Museum and the general state of cultural heritage in the region is preserved within the museum building. Following the establishment of the Chogha Zanbil Cultural Heritage Research Office in the museum—which had been closed during the eight-year imposed war—the organization of the remaining research objects, as well as the old documents, became a priority. This collection primarily includes administrative letters (in Persian and English), visitor statistics, letters of introduction, old object inventories, personnel files of former staff, and registers of correspondence and attendance. The existing documents, dating from 1970 to 1981, were kept under inadequate conditions. The collection was reviewed and systematically organized in two stages during 2001 and 2003, which is the focus of the present article. These documents are significant as they reflect aspects of the museum’s history and events. Due to the fragility and deterioration of many items, they were categorized, catalogued, and initially examined before being placed in transparent plastic covers and archived in corresponding binders. Additionally, digital scanning and the recording of important correspondence were undertaken as part of the organization process. These measures have facilitated a deeper study of the museum’s past, its collections, and the status of regional cultural heritage in the years preceding the revolution and the onset of the imposed war.</div> اسناد تاریخی, موزه هفت‌تپه, ساماندهی.
