fa بررسی قوانین، روش‌ها و ابزار مستندسازی در اسناد بین‌المللی مرتبط با حفاظت و مدیریت میراث فرهنگی کاربرد علوم، فناوری‌ها، تجهیزات، مواد و روش‌های نوین Application of modern sciences, technologies, equipment, materials and methods پژوهشي Research, Original, Regular <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">اگرچه مستندسازی در حوزه میراث فرهنگی، نقشی محوری در حفاظت، مدیریت و انتقال دانش مرتبط با آثار ملموس و ناملموس بر عهده دارد، با این وجود چنین فرایندی به‌عنوان ابزاری کلیدی برای شناسایی، ارزیابی و ثبت ویژگی‌ها و ارزش‌های مختلف فرهنگی و تاریخی، کمتر در اسناد مختلف بین‌المللی (همچون </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">منشورها، کنوانسیون‌ها، آیین‌نامه‌ها و توصیه‌نامه‌ها)</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مورد واکاوی قرار گرفته است. عدم ثبت و مستندسازی نظام‌مند میراث فرهنگی و از بین رفتن داده‌ها نه تنها منجر به خسارت‌های جبران‌ناپذیر به دانش میراث فرهنگی می‌شود، بلکه فرایندهای حفاظت، بازسازی و آموزش را نیز با دشواری مواجه می‌سازد؛ بنابراین این مقاله تلاش می‌کند جایگاه مستندسازی میراث فرهنگی را در اسناد یادشده تبیین نموده و ابزار و روش‌های آن را بررسی نماید. اگرچه بهره‌برداری از این چارچوب‌ها در سطح ملی و محلی اغلب با چالش‌هایی از جمله نبود استانداردهای اجرایی بومی‌سازی شده، کمبود تخصص در بهره‌گیری از فناوری‌های پیشرفته و ناکافی بودن منابع مالی و آموزشی مواجه است. در روش‌شناسی، این مقاله بر تحلیل نظام‌مند اسناد بین‌المللی مرتبط با میراث فرهنگی استوار است. لذا ضمن بهره‌گیری از رویکرد تحلیل محتوای کیفی، جایگاه و تأکید مستندسازی در این اسناد و روش‌ها و ابزار آن بررسی گردید. برای افزایش دقت، تطبیق میان مفاهیم کلیدی و چارچوب‌های نظری مرتبط با حفاظت از میراث فرهنگی انجام شد.</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد به‌طور کلی، اسناد بین‌المللی بر اهمیت و ضرورت مستندسازی به‌عنوان یک رکن اساسی برای حفظ و مدیریت صحیح میراث فرهنگی تأکید دارند. این کار شفافیت در اقدامات مرمتی را افزایش داده و همکاری‌های بین‌المللی را تسهیل می‌کند، به‌ویژه در مواقعی که آثار فرهنگی به‌خاطر عوامل طبیعی و انسانی تهدید می‌شوند. برخی از این اسناد مستندسازی را به‌عنوان بخشی از آموزش و پژوهش در حوزه میراث فرهنگی مورد تأکید قرار داده و آن را راهی برای انتقال دانش و تجارب به نسل‌های آینده می‌دانند. این فرآیند با ارائه اطلاعات کامل و دقیق، نقش مهمی در حفاظت از اصالت، ارزش‌ها و ماندگاری آثار فرهنگی در سطح جهانی ایفا می‌کند و به تصمیم‌گیری‌ها و سیاست‌گذاری‌های مرتبط با میراث فرهنگی یاری می‌رساند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Although documentation in the field of cultural heritage plays a pivotal role in the preservation, management, and transmission of knowledge related to tangible and intangible assets, such processes, as a key tool for identifying, evaluating, and recording various cultural and historical features and values, have received limited attention in various international instruments (such as charters, conventions, regulations, and recommendations). The lack of systematic documentation and recording of cultural heritage and the loss of data not only lead to irreparable damage to cultural heritage knowledge but also create challenges for conservation, restoration, and education processes. Therefore, this article seeks to clarify the position of cultural heritage documentation in the aforementioned instruments and to examine its tools and methods. However, the utilization of these frameworks at the national and local levels often faces challenges, including the absence of localized execution standards, a shortage of expertise in employing advanced technologies, and insufficient financial and educational resources. Methodologically, this article is based on a systematic analysis of international instruments related to cultural heritage. By employing a qualitative content analysis approach, it examines the position and emphasis of documentation within these instruments, along with its methods and tools. For greater accuracy, a correlation between key concepts and theoretical frameworks associated with cultural heritage conservation was established. The research findings indicate that, in general, international instruments emphasize the importance and necessity of documentation as a fundamental pillar for the proper preservation and management of cultural heritage. Such efforts enhance transparency in conservation activities and facilitate international cooperation, particularly in cases where cultural properties are threatened by natural or human factors. Some of these instruments highlight documentation as an integral part of education and research in the field of cultural heritage, considering it a means to transfer knowledge and experiences to future generations.
