✅ During the Qajar period, relations between Iran and Europe expanded. Since the commercial and political highway, from the capital of the Qajar state in Tehran to Bandar Anzali on the northern border, was considered a strategic passage in the communication network of Iran with Russia and Europe.

✅ Espahbad Khorshid cave is one of the giant natural arches in the world, which has a fantastic architecture of the late Sassanid Age. Inside this arch, we encounter architectural works of the Sassanid Age, built of stone rubble and Saroj mortar. The purpose of this research is to study the architectural works of this site and compare them with other architectural works of the Sassanid Age in other parts of Iran.

✅ Qajar period is one of the most amazing periods in the Iranian art. Because the relationship with West gave special features to the society. Qajar was transformed by new connections with outside world, and the flow of art also benefited from these influences; strengthening relations with West facilitated the appearance of some works of art. 

✅ In these researches, they have discussed the history of tomb building in Iran and different types of tomb buildings, and they have generally and unanimously divided Iran's tomb buildings into two types, tower tombs and tombs with a square dome plan. The present research examines the tomb buildings of West Azerbaijan province and after a brief look at the records of the above-mentioned researches, in the first step, it identifies the tomb buildings in the studied area and then 15 of them, which are tombs in terms of body, existing condition, nature and historical background, were eligible, have been selected for review.

✅ The result of the study shows that the emergence of this conflict between Conservation and Development is firstly affected by the prevailing theoretical discourse at the national and local level; a discourse with the foundations of growth, which has penetrated into the managerial and supervisory approach and the content characteristics of the managing documents and the planning system. Second, it is influenced by the procedural and substantive weakness of the UNESCO.

✅ Tarem is known as an important political center and emir seat during the Delamian period. Therefore, considering the importance of the issue and the presence of the Al-Masafir family in this area, the present study tries to introduce the political role of Samiran citadel, the reasons and reasons for choosing the Tarem region by the travelers, as an important base.

✅ Qara-Hasanlu is an area that, due to its location in the middle of the Ardabil plain, is of great importance in the archaeological studies of the region. During the archeological exploration in this area, various examples of pottery finds were obtained, which have not been researched so far. Advanced research based on library and field studies; It seeks to introduce, typology and relative chronology of the pottery of the mentioned area through the study of pottery obtained from the results of Qara-Hasanlu excavation and their comparative comparison with other places.

✅ Seals are important sources in the analysis of the history of each era. Methodological study of these works plays an important role in clarifying the political, social & economic issues of different historical periods. The motifs on the seals show the belief & attitude of the people of that time to the world around them.

✅ The research methodology was applied-practical based on research questions. Data collection was carried out using library-based and documentary techniques, as well as interview. Studies on the documents indicated that in most of the documents, we can see the lack of attention to the concept of cultural heritage values and, consequently, value-based preservation approaches. This has led to many problems the solution and prevention of which requires planning to carry out value-driven studies and adopt value-based rules in this area.
