Miras-e Iran Zamin is one of the scientific journals of the Research Institute of Cultural Heritage & Tourism, which is published being confirmed by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial board. The official language of the Journal of Dialect Research is Persian with English Abstracts. 
Miras-e Iran Zamin has always believed in Open Access (access to the articles for everyone) and in this regard, the website of the journal can be used by all interested parties. 
It should be noted that the Copyright of all articles after publication will belong to the author(s) and they will be able to upload the published file on sites and web pages if interested since the moment after online publication of the article on the Journal website. The use of the contents ofMiras-e Iran Zamin  is also possible only with a proper and valid citation.
Peer-review process
All submitted articles are evaluated at the submission to meet the structural and subject principles of Miras-e Iran Zamin. The matched articles will gone under a double-blinded peer-review process by at least 3 reviewers (expert in the field who are not part of the journal’s editorial staff) who are selected by the Editorial Board members according to their field specialties. The Editorial Board members have the final responsibility to select the articles.
 
Governing body
Miras-e Iran Zamin is under the scientific control of Editorial Board whose members are recognized experts in the subject areas included within the journal’s scope. Some executive roles of the Editorial Board members are delegated to the Editor-in-Chief who is well-known in the journal’s scope.
 
Editorial team
Miras-e Iran Zamin is under the scientific supervision of the Editorial Team whose members are all experts with high number of publications in their field.
 
Author fees/Access
There are No Fees or Charges at all for submission, reviewing and publishing processes in Miras-e Iran Zamin.
Miras-e Iran Zamin follows the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing.

Process for identification of and dealing with allegations of research misconduct
Publisher and editors of Miras-e Iran Zamin are reasonable to identify and prevent the publication of papers where research misconduct has occurred, including plagiarism, citation manipulation, and data falsification/fabrication, among others. In doing so, Miras-e Iran Zamin follows COPE’s guidelines in dealing with allegations.

Miras-e Iran Zamin is owned by Eureka American, Iran, and is managed and published by YektaPub Co.
 
Conflicts of interests
All Miras-e Iran Zamin Editorial Board members and the Editor-in-Chief submitted articles are gone under the same reviewing process as the other authors gone. In the cases that a reviewer suspects undisclosed conflict of interest in a submitted manuscript or a reader suspects undisclosed conflict of interest in a published article (all authors are filling the ICMJE Form for Disclosure of Potential Conflicts of Interest at the submission time) Miras-e Iran Zamin will follow COPE’s guidelines.
 
Revenue sources/Advertising/Direct marketing
Miras-e Iran Zamin is financially supported completely by Eureka American, Iran, and has no other sources for earning funds. Miras-e Iran Zamin accepts No advertisements in the site or even as a report article.
 
Publishing schedule/Archiving
Miras-e Iran Zamin is published 4 issues per year. All the content from the beginning to the end will be available for ever on Miras-e Iran Zamin exclusive website. Also Miras-e Iran Zamin is included at EBSCOhost and has the plan to enter to Scopus and Thomson-Reuters databases.

Each part of the manuscript include certain subjects:
  • Introduction: Succinct, with no subheadings containing information about; the main subject and background, the importance, hypothesis and aim of the study.
  • Methodology: This section may be divided by subheadings. This section should contain sufficient details about; time, place, samples and sampling, data gathering tools and methods, tests and tools for tests.
  • Results: This section may be divided by subheadings. Footnotes should not be used and have to be transferred to end of the text after the “Conflict of Interest”. This section contains reports of the findings, figures, graphs (which are considered figures) and tables. Please report only the most important findings and not all of them.
  • Discussion: This section may be divided by subheadings. Discussions should cover the key findings of the study: discuss any prior art related to the subject so to place the novelty of the discovery in the appropriate context; discuss the potential short-comings and limitations on their interpretations; discuss their integration into the current understanding of the problem and how this advances the current views; speculate on the future direction of the research and freely postulate theories that could be tested in the future.
  • Conclusion: This section is limited to one or at most two paragraphs. No new information is ever presented in this section.
  • Acknowledgments: This is a short text to acknowledge the contributions of specific colleagues, institutions, or agencies that aided the efforts of the authors.
  •  Conflict of Interest Statement: A Conflict of Interest Statement needs to be included at the end of the manuscript before the references. Here, the authors need to declare whether or not the submitted work was carried out in the presence of any personal, professional or financial relationships that could potentially be construed as a conflict of interest.
  • References: All must be presented in APA Style.
Reference list:
  • Provide the names of the first six authors followed by et al. and doi when available.
In-text citations should be called according to the surname of the first author, followed by the year. For works by 2 authors include both surnames, followed by the year. For works by more than 2 authors include only the surname of the first author, followed by et al., followed by the year. For Humanities and Social Sciences articles please include page numbers in the in-text citations.
